Your body is your shell that contains you. Regardless of who you are, you must work with the body that you have. If you would like a guide to help you formulate your wellness goals and figure out a plan to acheive them in the context your real life, then you are already off to a good start! All body types are welcome. There is no shaming, and the emphasis here is on living your best life - not fitting someone else’s image.
This is an inclusive and safe space for all. I have a special interest in neurodivergent clients, but I have experience across the board with a great deal of diversity.
Men, wellness and nutrition is a field traditionally dominated by women. This is a good place for you to find understanding from a non-judgmental health advocate. Exercise is great, but you don’t have to be a gym-bro to participate consciously in your own well-being.
