Your body is your shell that contains you. Regardless of who you are, you must work with the body that you have. If you would like a guide to help you formulate your wellness goals and figure out a plan to acheive them in the context your real life, then you are already off to a good start! All body types are welcome. There is no shaming, and the emphasis here is on living your best life - not fitting someone else’s image.

This is an inclusive and safe space for all. I have a special interest in neurodivergent clients, but I have experience across the board with a great deal of diversity.

Men, wellness and nutrition is a field traditionally dominated by women. This is a good place for you to find understanding from a non-judgmental health advocate. Exercise is great, but you don’t have to be a gym-bro to participate consciously in your own well-being.

No one can live your life for you. My services help you live your life more like you imagine and less like you’re in a rut.

Coach, advisor, guide, guru - no matter what you call it help is here! It all starts with a basic conversation and gets increasingly detailed as your needs become apparent. Help with setting acheivable goals and getting started with manageable steps is all a part of the process. This is uniquely taylored to you.


Nutrition and Wellness Guidance

The most important aspect is to meet you where you’re at. Business traveler? Social eater? Homebody? This is about you and what will work best for your body, mind, and life. If cooking skills are a part of your plan, we can talk about it. If deciphering restaurant menus is a must, let’s have a look. Need to get off the couch? We’ll examine what’s holding you back. This is for your benefit on your terms and will go at your pace. That being said, small changes can sometimes make a big difference!

Talking to your doctor may be part of the necessary path. As your guide, I can help you prepare for these conversations. My services are meant to compliment your healthcare, not to replace your doctor or other healthcare providers. I encourage all my clients to involve their physician in their wellness goals.

Currently all guidance is offered through remote sessions. This can be a video call or phone call based on your preference. Social anxiety about calls? Send me an e-mail. We can work something out.

Natalie Dowd (she/her)

Natalie in a Nutshell

Natalie’s education, professional experiences, and personal history have all contributed deeply to her well-rounded understanding of wellness and nutrition. She has a Masters of Science in nutrition from the University of Georgia where she took courses in everything from physiology to nutrition education to biostatistics. Her years of clinical nutrition experience in a hospital setting brought her to all units of several facilities and introduced her to the world of healthcare, which she has now left to pursue prevention as a means of helping people be well and accomplish their own goals in life.

As a vegan Natalie is experienced with vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based lifestyles. Her primary goal is to help you make choices that will enhance wellness and elevate you in whatever manner is most important to you in your life.
